I have always invested my time in both my personal and professional training, especially in leadership and management, attending coaching courses and seminars. Due to my strong belief in coaching and in its power to enhance and improve professional skills, including those of language teachers, I became a qualified Coach, approved by International Coaching Federation (ICF) in 2018.

In 2020, I attended the High Impact Leadership Course, held at the University of Cambridge Institute of Sustainability Leadership.

In 2021 I qualified Team Coach Specialist at the Brown University of Professional Studies – ACT Leadership.

I believe that professional development and improvement are the basis on which my career is founded and, as a result, I am an ICF and an IATEFL LAMSIG member.

My involvement with the Italian Association of Language Schools (AISLi) stretches back to the early 2000’s when I took up the role of AISLi Director of Operations from 2005 to 2016, and then AISLi President from 2016 to 2020. I am currently an Accreditation and Inspection Coordinator where I look after the accreditation processes and inspection procedures. I also manage the inspectors’ team and I am an Expert and Advisor of the Technical Committee 232 which will revise the ISO Standard 21001.

I am also a Career Guidance Specialist accredited by the Italian Association of Career Guidance Specialists and Adviser (ASNOR).
