40% – Set up: Bring the team to life…
This is the most important phase and you and your students will spend most of the time on this part of the equation.
30% – Perform and Inspire: Project work / Team work…
Although equally important this part is used to develop and create and shared time is spent with the next phase.
30% – Review and Empower: Assessment and Performance Improvement
Although this is listed last it does not mean that this is the final phase or part of the equation as you will review and have students access themselves through the whole process.
