Life Competencies in Action: when a vision becomes a recognized best practice

Starting from the idea of a leadership course for private language school students, Palmina will share how she has moved her project forward. During the session, she will present a new project that she is delivering to secondary school students. “From what seemed to be just my vision, I am now offering a programme that is recognized as best practice and that state schools are happy to invest on”, Palmina says.

Palmina will also present a case study on the integration of life competencies in their language school commissioned by Cambridge University and she will also demonstrate its positive impact on both the academic and admin team.
